I am interested to know where I can get more historical information of the Krugersdorp Club. I am suspecting that one of my ancestors, Dr Wouter v/d Merwe, was one of the original founders of the Krugersdorp Club. Dr Wouter v/d Merwe is my second great grandfather. He also used to have the house directly across from the Krugersdorp Club at 63 Ockerse Street. Picture included below of the family home. Also included below is some information regarding Dr Wouter v/d Merwe from "South African Who's Who" of 1911. At the bottom is a picture of the portrait painting in the Krugersdorp Club I suspect is of Dr. Wouter v/d Merwe.
