Notice in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act (Act 25 of 1999)

Intent to develop student accommodation on the block between Florence Ribeiro Ave, Main St, Melk St & Lange St in Nieu-Muckleneuk, PTA.

The development will affect the ERFs: 347, P1/317, P1,268, P1/267, P1/265 & 454. All structures on these ERFs will be demolished. A heritage impact assessment has been done by Historic Building Consultants and can be obtained through an email request to chris@hbconsultants.co.za.

Any interested or affected parties who wish to comment on this, are invited to do so. Comments by any person must be written and directed to:
