The owner of the buildings situated on Erf 499 and 497, Johannesburg intends to demolish the structure of Main House and all Outbuildings existing on the above erfs. The structures are more than 60 years old. The erf is situated at North East the corner of 2nd Ave and 17th Street Parkhurst.
