The New Titanic Museum SA
The New Titanic Museum SA is dedicated to the preservation of South African connections with the RMS Titanic wreck of 1912. It is a beautifully curated experience featuring 150 archive photographs of the Olympic Class liners and showcases an impressive 28.5 ft. (8.7 meter) Titanic replica called the "TINTANIC" - the largest Titanic model in Africa - made of "tin" as the main centerpiece. The Museum operates every Saturday from the Johannesburg Artist Market *(27 Boxes) in Melville, Johannesburg with three different time slots accommodating First, Second, and Third-Class Steerage ticket holders.
