This photographic exhibition (running until 31 March 2017), conceived by the Nelson Mandela Foundation, honours 40 photographers who took a stand against the atrocities of the apartheid regime. It provides a rich visual archive of the turbulent South African political landscape from July 1985 to June 1990. Photographers’ works on display include David Goldblatt, Cedric Nunn, Paul Weinberg, Chris Ledochowski, Guy Tillim, Walter Dhladhla, Jillian Eidelstein, Benny Gool, Fanie Jason, Alf Khumalo, Peter Magubane, Santu Mofokeng and Rafs Mayet, to name but a few.
