I'm a brewer and brewing historian based in the UK looking for any old South African brewing ledgers / records from the 1700s to about 1958-60 or so for a forthcoming book on brewing, production technology and beer & ingredients. I'd love to include some South African breweries in the book and I'd be grateful if anyone could assist or provide pointers for further research. I'm happy to share knowledge and info.
