Turnkey Solution for the Proposed Refurbishment of the Queen Victoria and Nurses’ Homes Buildings for a period of 18 months. The adaptive re-use in terms of the Heritage Impact and Economic Potential.

The development of a commercially sustainable model, redesign of the buildings layout (including detailed designs) in line with the proposed stainability model as well as refurbishment of the buildings following relevant industry standards.

Proposed Refurbishment Works of Nurses Home (2, 832 square meters) and Queen Victoria Hospital (10, 316 square Meters).

The successful bidder will be required to perform the following functions:

Phase A: Commercial viability assessment
Phase B: Implementation Phase
Phase C: Final Close-out and Project Hand-Over

The site meeting is compulsory and therefore bidders who did not attend this clarification meeting will not attend the briefing session. 28 October 2015, 10:00. Constitution Hill, 1 Kotze Street, Braamfontein.
