The owners, Solomon and Portia Motala plan to demolish existing dilapidated buildings at: (Physical Address 50, 52 & 54 Soper Road-Berea) Brief Background Motivation: The current structures are dilapidated (in bad condition) and are unsuitable for human habitation. ii) New multi-storey residential building to be erected on the three addresses mentioned above.
