NOTICE OF A HERITAGE IMPACT ASSESSMENT FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ON ERF OR FARM NUMBER 44/175-R LOCATED AT DALESDALE NEAR ENGEN GARAGE, R59 HIGHWAY TOWN OR DISTRICT OF DALESDALE/MEYERTON, SOUTH JOHANNESBURG (WHERE THE WITKOP BLOCKHOUSE IS SITUATED)

I, Khensani Maluleke being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf/Farm Number 44/175-R hereby give notice in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act No. 25 of 1999 that having satisfied all the HIA conditions and requirements as set out in Section 38 (3) I have applied on behalf of the owner to the Gauteng Provincial Heritage Resources Authority for the approval of development of a Warehouse between Klipriver and Dalesdale along R59. Drawings and HIA Report can be viewed and perused at Vaal Teknorama, No. 1 Beethoven Street, Duncanville, Vereeniging.
