Our firm was established in 1945, giving us 77 years experience. We have been proud to have been the architects in the conversion of the old Johannesburg Market into the Market Theatre complex. We documented and restored the Edwardian Toilet Pavilion in Newtown and more recently have been involved in the documentation and refurbishment of Villa Arcadia in Parktown and the original housing at the SARS Offices in Pretoria. Our practice prides itself on many cultural projects such as the Alexander Theatre and the original Johannesburg Civic Theatre, the South African Ballet Theatre and the Bloemfontein Civic Theatre. We are leaders in sustainability and have experience in documenting, researching and assessing existing buildings. We make use of a range of up to date software in our practice.
