Stop order to be issued to stop illegal work at 300 Hill Street Arcadia

The Arcadia Residents and Ratepayers Association (ARRA) reported illegal work to the PHRAG on this property. The old fence has been demolished and replaced with a very high wall. New buildings have been added while roof tiles, timber floors, windows and other features have been removed. The PHRAG responded timeously and it appears as though a stop order will be issued imminently.
