Regulations in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of the NHRA

The South African Heritage Resources Agency has, in terms of section 9(3)(a) of the National Heritage Resources Act No 25 1999, made the Regulations in the Schedule. The main objective of these Regulations is to provide standards for conservation and maintenance of heritage resources that are in control of State Departments and Supported Bodies.
