Notice of intention to demolish structures at 39 and 40 Richmond Avenue Auckland Park

Notice of Heritage Impact Assesssment for proposed development erven 136 and 137 Auckland Park. The owner of Erf 136 & 137 Auckland Park (39 & 40 Richmond Ave Auckland Park) intends to demolish existing structures and redevelop the erven. Any interested and affected parties who wishes to view the proposal are invited to contact the Heritage Consultants, Mayat Hart Architects (email info@mayathart or 082 376 7884).
