Notice of intention to demolish structures at 27 Jellicoe Street Rosebank

The owners, Wineland Developments (Pty) Ltd, intend to demolish the existing structures which are more than 60 years old. The Erf RE/34, Rosebank is situated at 27 Jellicoe Street, Rosebank, Johannesburg. The structure is in a zone earmarked for densification and it is intended to build a residential and office complex on the property.
