Notice of intention to demolish residence at 338 Booysen Street Pretoria

The owner, Managemed Medical Consultants (Pty) ltd plans to demolish the existing residence at: 338 Booysen street, erf 112 Les Marais, Pretoria. The owner intends to demolish the residential property, which is currently unsuitable for human habitation, and to create parking for their staff.
