The owner Stellaluna Properties (Pty) Limited intends to demolish the existing house and construct a new double storey home. Stone landscape elements and steelwork are to remain on this site of Erf 1040, and Portion 5 of 2389, Houghton Estate, also known as 3 Rose Road, Houghton Estate.
