Information about the property described as “Tregarthen” Main Road Kenilworth?

Does anyone have any information about the property described as “Tregarthen” Main Road, probably 361, Kenilworth, Cape Town? It was at some stage, again probably 1920’s, the property of JW Jagger who died in 1930. Subsequently the apartment complex known as Dennekamp was built on the grounds in or around the 1950’s. Any assistance would be welcome.
