This heritage site for sale in Graaff-Reinet needs a sensitive owner

I recently moved in to #20 Parsonage Street, Graaff-Reinet. The property needs a lot of work, but my immediate neighbour, #22, needs even more work. It is a provincial heritage site but in a state of sorry neglect and currently untenanted. I am concerned that if it rains heavily in Graaff-Reinet, we may lose this building altogether.

Within the past few days, #22 came onto the market. It really needs an intelligent and caring purchaser who will restore it sympathetically.
