There is always something unusual and long forgotten that pops up in the rich history of Kalk Bay. The story of Ladan Road is no exception. One example is a beautiful stone church and its members – a fascinating piece of Kalk Bay’s past. The talk (amply illustrated) explores the story of the owners and houses of this little known street, drawing from photos, title deeds, house plans unseen for 100 years, biographies and anecdotes. A must for anyone interested in Kalk Bay’s story!

Visitors are more than welcome – R20 at the door which includes tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards
