The Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA)(Owner) focused on resilient, sustainable and liveable urban areas in identified nodes and corridors looks to demolish six properties (Erf. 257, 258, 258, 259, 260, 261) within the Turffontein Corridor along the corner of van Hulsteyn and Devilliers Street in Kenilworth. Proposed development is a multipurpose clinic.
