Heritage House in Heritage Mature Lifestyle Estate Estate is the refurbished and renovated 1910 Springkell Sanatorium. It houses the common facilities available to residents of Heritage Mature Lifestyle Estate, which include the 1910 Lounge, Linton Dining hall, Library, Salon, Business Center, meeting room, card and activity room, pool and darts room, 19-seater home theatre and Wellness Hub with observation room run by TruCare Age Well Solutions (assisted living).

Heritage House has 21 suites and apartment units for long or short term rental. Residents must be over the age of 50, and looking for a lock up and go lifestyle that will also cover health, wellness and catering needs as well as business and recreational facilities. The rental suites range from studio units to 2 bedroom units, and leases can be long and short term.
