The Fish Hoek Valley Historical Association's event for July is an educational walk to Peers and Tunnel Caves. Tourist Guide Clive Stadler as well as Archaeologist and Peers Cave specialist Dr Jayson Orton will accompany the group. Each participant will receive a leaflet on the history of the caves. Walking boots are recommended. Bring a bottle of water. Complimentary refreshments will be available at the start/finish. A trained first aider will accompany the group. Prospective walkers to please note that this is a difficult walk up and down the steep dunes. The sea sand is very loose in some places.

Date and time: Thursday 13 July 2017 from 08h00 til 12h00.
Assembly Area: The car park between the buildings at Fish Hoek Sports Grounds, off 21st Avenue (car park security provided)
Fee: members: R20 pp; non members R50pp.
