Notice of intention to demolish structures at 406 Victoria Street Waterkloof

The Purchaser, Benfranco Development (Pty) Ltd (seller Chris Schutte), plans to demolish the existing structures (older than 60 years) at 406 Victoria Street (Erf 793), Waterkloof, Pretoria, City of Tshwane. In terms of Section 34 of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999, an application for the above must be submitted to the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority of Gauteng (PHRA-G).
