This notice serves to inform Interested and Affected Parties (I & AP's) that a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) (in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999) is being prepared for Erven 82, 83, 84 and 85 (situated at 34, 36, 38 and 40 Twickenham Road) Auckland Park, City of Johannesburg.
