GIfA has recently CPD accredited the Johannesburg Heritage Virtual Tours. The JHF have worked tirelessly over this Covid period to curate a fantastic line up of Virtual Heritage tours to partake in from the comfort and safety of home. So, we start up again on Saturday 17 April 2021 with the story of Rietfontein Hospital and horrendous illness well over 100 years ago told by Naomi Dinur who has fought a gallant battle to rescue the cemeteries.
The Sizwe Tropical Disease Hospital (formerly the Rietfontein Tropical Disease Hospital ), apt given the current COVID pandemic.
