I, Khensani Maluleke being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf: 48/319 - IR Noordgesig, Soweto, Johanneburg hereby give notice in terms of Section 34(1) of the National Heritage Resources Act No. 25 of 1999 that having satisfied all the conditions and requirements as set out in Section 34 (1) I have applied on behalf of the owner to the Gauteng Provincial Heritage Resources Authority (PHRAG) for the approval of  repairs, alterations and construction of additional buildings, located at 240 Major Street, Noordgesig, Soweto, Johannesburg.
