An exceptional new exhibition in the Cenotaph Hall was opened to the public on 17 December. The exhibition contains 27 original plaster of Paris panels that were created between 1941 and 1949 as maquettes (studies) for the eventual marble frieze in the Hall of Heroes. The history of these panels is very interesting and is beautifully presented. This is a must-see for anyone who loves the Monument. The exhibition will soon be officially opened.
