Fish Hoek turns one hundred in 2018 and to support various celebratory events, the Fish Hoek Valley Museum, supported by the Exco of the Fish Hoek Valley Historical Association is compiling a list of Educators and Tourist Guides who would like to lead historical walks that showcase attractions such as Jager Walk, Peers Cave, Elsie's Peak, Main Road Fish Hoek, Kommetjie Road Fish Hoek, Simon's Town Road Fish Hoek, the former Houmoed Farm in Sun Valley, the Lower Silvermine River and The Trek Fishermen.

On receipt of a request for a walk, the list of applicable persons for the attraction will be given to the enquirer by the Museum for them to review and to choose from.

Interested parties are to please email the curator of the Fish Hoek Valley Museum at curator.fishhoekvalleymuseum@gmail.com outlining their expertise and the attractions of interest to them.

The fee for the walk will be arranged between the two parties with no obligation to either the Museum or the Exco.
