I am a registered cultural tourist guide specialising in the geology, archaeology, history, and battlefields of the Greater Magaliesberg. I am based at African Hills Safari Lodge and Spa situated between the towns of Hekpoort and Magaliesburg, where I am Senior Guide and Museum Curator. I give talks on the geology of the Pretoria Series of the Transvaal Supergroup; human origins and the Stone Ages and Iron Age of the area; the Difaqane Wars; the Anglo-Boer War in the Greater Magaliesberg; and local history.

I am available to lead tours from Diamond Hill in the east to Rustenburg and the Swartruggens area in the west - even as far as Mafikeng and Ottoshoop. I develop Geoheritage hiking trails for lodges and guest houses along the Magaliesberg on a contract basis.
