- Time: 18:00 for 18:30 (talk begins at 18:30)
- Venue: Elmswood, at the new venue called âWagtailsâ
- Route: R37, Brondal Road
- Food & drink: Bring your own refreshments and a âpicnicâ supper
- Clothing: The venue is semi-outdoors so bring something warm to wear
- Medals: If you have any old medals and would like to know more about them or would like them valued you are welcome to bring them along
