Are you interested in the precarious entanglements of the South African archives with slavery, colonialism, and apartheid? then this Masters course, "Art, Archives, Anthropology", taught by Dr. Kholeka Shange, is for you. It is taught in the second semester [July - November] and culminates in a year-end exhibition that will be held at the Wits Anthropology Museum. This year, students and Dr. Shange will be collaborating with the Wits Art Museum, specifically focussing on one of its collections.
