[This thread was opened in 2013. Please add updates] My wife owns a coffee shop in Modderfontein, Queens Street. The landlord ""Nevada property group"" has just informed her that they are demolishing the buildings in October this year. Can they do this? I'm sure they are heritage buildings even though they are quite plain.
