The Johannesburg Heritage Foundation will celebrate Heritage Weekend with a packed programme of tours. After a two year break, we once again present an in-person Heritage Weekend programme on the 24 and 25 September.
The diverse schedule includes an art tour, a visit to the tallest building in South Africa, an insider’s guide to Noordgesig, a trip to Fordsburg, a birthday celebration in Orlando East, and several classic Randlord mansions. It’s the perfect way to re-discover and celebrate our city’s unique heritage.
The JHF will be offering up to 3 different bus tours each morning and 3 each afternoon over the two days. There will also be a big book sale at the Holy Family College in Parktown, along with other activities. Food and snacks will be on sale throughout.
