Notice of intention to refurbish level 1 to 22 of the Saambou Building Pretoria

West Rand Heritage Consultants, being the authorized agent for the owners hereby give notice that they intend to apply to the Gauteng Heritage Resources Authority in terms of Section 34(1) for the refurbishment of Levels 1 to 22 of the Saambou-building on Portion 5 of Erf 418, Pretoria.
