Notice of a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) is hereby given in terms of Section 34 & 38 of the NHRA, No. 25 of 1999.

Mikvah Projectson behalf of the developer: Blue IQ Infrastructure is required to conduct a public participation fof the above mentioned project.

The proposed works shall include the following:

1. Demolishing of existing infrastructure,

2. Clearing of debris,

3. Upgrade of existing structures,

4. Construction of new structures.

The site is located at corner Concession Street and Boom Street GP - 26°12'29.13"S, 28° 4'31.39"E in Jeppestown, City of Johannesburg.
